Cozy atmosphere, delicious food and a great place to grab a bite for lunch!

Ate here for the first time ever recently after living in Fargo my whole life. What a disappointment. The fettuccine red pepper shrimp was about as generic/bland tasting as food gets. Fiance had the breaded pork sandwich which actually had decent flavor, but the sweet potato fries were nothing special. Other friend had soup and didn't care for it either. Plenty of very good places to eat in FM area and this is not one of em.

One of my favorite restaurants in Fargo! The food is delicious and the menu changes all the time so there is always something new. It's one of my favorite places to have meetings.

Nice service. Pretty good breakfast on Sunday....changes weekly so check the website or "roll the dice" and just walk in. I've never been disappointed. They definitely know how to poach an egg.

I predict The VIP Room will be Fargo's foremost place for brunch and/or lunch. Menu changes daily and prices (minus coffee and/or soda) are under $10.00. Ambiance, service, cleanliness and food are easily given 5 stars and I can honestly say that The VIP Room is going to be a biweekly visit for this food critic.

I love being a part of V.I.P because its cozy inviting very welcoming a must. Were a secret a hidden gem if you will. Come check us out

Used to because hidden favorite place . But bfast was very slow and marginal, not to mention cold.

Brunch was terrific!!. My sister loved her quiche and fruit with a lemon muffin. My bacon.egg and cheese croissant was delicious!

I ordered catering from VIP Room for a work-related office event last week. The food looked really good and tasted delicious! Everyone at the event was a fan of the food and service, especially of the Layered Taco Dip and the Steak Chimichurri Crostinis. The food arrived on time and the setup was fast and perfectly organized. The manager and staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly to work with. I definitely recommend VIP for catering and will be a customer again in the future.

Very good food. Limited daily menu but something for everyone. Fun atmosphere with walls of books from someone's extensive collection, revolving artists paintings & photographs on the walls. White tablecloths. Stylish & Cozy. A must not miss place to eat.

Favorite place downtown for lunch!

The Vip room or as it is otherwise known VIP Catering is a wonderful place for Lunch. The menu is new each day, but with a flair for choices in a small menu.The sandwiches are freshly made. My soup was obviously homemade. Tomato basil.My friends had the seafood Quiche. It was flavorful.I can't say enough good things about this gem of a place.

Great place for a lunch date! It's quiet and the good is excellent.

Went for Easter lunch. Food was mediocre. Overcooked vegetables, brown rice that seemed cooked and spooned right out of the pan without seasoning, blackberry ginger hoisin pork tenderloin which at best had blackberry flavor, which was ok, but I was expecting to detect the other flavors listed. Honestly not what I would expect for $20 a plate. Dessert was ok, coconut cake had good flavor but the frosting was generically sweet. A friend ordered the creme brulee, which appeared to have been bruleed and then put back in the fridge overnight, was unimpressed as well. Ambiance of a grandma's 1960s basement. Not my style and that's fine. Light fixtures without bulbs in them over the tables is concerning to me... Though I didn't check to see if they were live, I think it's best to assume they are.

A hidden gem!!! A definite must visit! Friendly staff and great food!!
